About the Society

Gondia Homoeopathic Education Society was constituted and registered in the year 1975-76. The main object of the society was to provide health services in rural areas and improve the quality of health as Gondia is situated in a backward region as per the Government of Maharashtra. Only the system of Homoeopathy can solve the problems of health in India since it is cheap, easily available and it offers a permanent cure.

To achieve this target, Dr. Radheshyam Agrawal, Dr. S.S. Kochhar, Dr. L.D. Rathod, Dr. S.B. Pal and Dr. M.G. Naidu joined hands together to form the society. These gentlemen are the pioneer members of the society and are Homoepathic Physicians.

Dr. Radheshyam Agrawal (Principal) had the opportunity to be associated with no less a stalwart homoeopath than Dr. B.K.Bose, MD while in Calcutta. Dr. Bose was then the only surviving homoeopath who had worked under Dr. J.T. Kent well-known for the Repertory and a staunch Hahnemannian. Under the able guidance of such a dedicated personality, and his whole hearted co-operation towards the multi-faced development of the college, it is making progress by leaps and bounds.
